Achilles

This qualification system is a result of the creation of the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA). Oil and gas companies with production licences on the Norwegian and Danish continental shelves are subject to legal provisions which require that suppliers of goods and services are selected on the basis of objective criteria and through a process of open tendering. These criteria are met through the common Achilles qualification system.
